Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 424 website or mobile platform, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 424 and the user. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Users must be 18 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians should ensure that underage individuals cannot access this site.
424 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Security & Responsibility
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering with 424. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated at any time. Each person may only hold one account — if multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password or OTP with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 424 support team immediately. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing large withdrawals. Complete this process by uploading a photo of your National ID card or passport.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 424 platform:
- Attempting to gain any advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
- Operating multiple accounts under different names by the same individual.
- Attempting to abuse promotional offers or circumvent bonus terms.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or engaging in hacking.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Copying, modifying, or redistributing any content or code from the site.
In the event of any of the above violations, 424 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on 424 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via local mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
After making a deposit, you must submit the correct transaction ID. Providing incorrect or false transaction details will result in account suspension. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours; however, delays may occur if KYC verification is pending or rollover requirements have not been met.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings derived from bonuses are only withdrawable after the specified rollover requirements have been met. 424 reserves the right to cancel or delay any transaction if fraud is suspected. Records of all deposits and withdrawals are retained in our system.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Betting and gaming on the 424 platform carry inherent financial risk. 424 is not liable for any financial losses incurred. No compensation will be provided for losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions. While 424 makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, it cannot guarantee continuous availability.
Intellectual Property
The 424 logo, brand name, designs, content, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of 424. None of these materials may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Violations will be subject to legal action.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
424 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- If clear evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person.
- If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
- To close an account at the user's own request.
If no Terms and Conditions have been violated, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before your account is closed. In cases of violations, the balance may be forfeited.
Third Parties, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 424 platform may integrate with third-party game providers or payment services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which 424 bears no responsibility. Users access third-party services entirely at their own risk.
Terms Amendment Policy
424 may update these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
